EASYCUT is the brand of CNCmarket: cutting tools, toolholders, workholding, coolants and shop equipment for CNC machining, stocked in Canada and sold online. The name is a promise about how the brand is to work with — easy to choose, easy to order, easy to run on the machine. It is not a promise about the lowest price on the market, and it never was.
What "easy" means in practice
- Easy to choose. Product names carry the information you search by: diameter and length of cut for end mills, the ANSI code for turning inserts, turret interface for lathe tool holders, container size for coolants. Filters in the catalog work on the same values.
- Easy to order. Prices and stock are on the page. You order online at any hour, without waiting for a quote — and if you prefer a quote for your purchasing department, you can request one from the cart.
- Easy to run. Every product line is chosen for repeatable results on everyday work: carbide grades and coatings matched to the material groups they are sold for, coolants with clear mixing ratios and refractometer factors.
- Easy to get help. Not sure which tool fits the job? Ask for tooling selection or request an alternative right on the product page, and a person who works with CNC machines answers.
The EASYCUT range
Cutting tools. Solid carbide end mills — square, ball nose and corner radius, in inch and metric sizes — and carbide turning inserts in the common ISO shapes, with grades for steel, stainless and cast iron.
Tool holding and workholding. Static tool holders for lathe turrets, live driven tools, collets, sleeves, pull studs and wrenches, and 5-axis self-centering vises for multi-sided machining.
Fluids. Water-miscible coolants from basic semi-synthetics for cast iron and steel to universal fluids for aluminum and mixed work, plus way oils and cutting oils, in pails, drums and totes.
Shop equipment. Oil skimmers that keep tramp oil out of the sump, a drum-mounted coolant mixer, an oil mist collector and chip conveyors, including custom-built ones for your machine.
Meet the beaver
The EASYCUT mascot is a beaver — Canada's original cutting specialist, which builds with nothing but a sharp set of teeth and a lot of persistence. It stands for what we want the brand to be in a shop: practical, hard-working and good at cutting. The character was drawn by illustrator kensmania.
