The X-CHIP is an advanced, air-powered filtering system designed to suction and remove chips and sludge from the bottom of coolant tanks, then return the cleaned fluid back to the reservoir. As the filtered coolant is returned, it passes through an air bubble generator, which creates microbubbles. These negatively charged bubbles bind to positively charged contaminants, lifting them to the surface for secondary collection.
With the help of a special mounting bracket, the second stage of X-CHIP operation targets light, floating chips and solid particles on the coolant surface, delivering comprehensive two-level cleaning.
