The S240R is a compact free standing CNC belt oil skimmer equipped with a remote control panel for safe and convenient operation. Designed for shallow and mid-depth coolant tanks, the S240R provides reliable tramp oil removal in tight machine enclosures where direct access to the skimmer is limited. Its lightweight frame and short height make it suitable for smaller CNC mills and turning centers.
The S240R uses the same compact geometry as the standard S240, making it an excellent choice for coolant tanks with limited space. Its short working depth supports installation on machines that run low coolant levels or have shallow sumps.
The S240R includes a sealed remote control module that can be mounted outside the machine enclosure. This allows the operator to run the skimmer, adjust speed, and select timer intervals (6h, 12h, or continuous) without reaching into the sump area. The panel is designed for industrial use, offering improved safety and convenience during daily operation.
The S240R is suitable for compact machining centers, small turning machines, mill-turn systems, and CNC setups where the coolant tank is difficult to reach or enclosed behind covers or guarding.
The S240R combines the compact footprint of the S240 with the added convenience of remote operation. Its impeller-supported oil flow, deep performance stability, and external control panel make it a dependable choice for shops that require efficient tramp oil removal in restricted-access environments.
