Recommendations / Features
- ETA S 0700 can be used in recommended concentration for spraying, immersion and ultrasound processes as well as in steam jet machines and high-pressure spray washers. Due to the very good pressure stability the product can also be used for high pressure deburring.
- The recommended operation conditions depend on the contamination of parts to be cleaned: Concentration from 0.5% to 5%; Temperature from 20 °C to 80 °C
- We highly recommend to use demineralized water to avoid limescale deposits.
- The concentration of the in-use cleaner is measured by a manual (LQ20T) or electronic refractometer. To do this, the read value is multiplied by the refractometer factor of 1.7. The concentration may be also checked by titration.
- We recommend to check the compatibility of aluminum alloys and yellow metals in advance.
Shelf life / Storage conditions
- Stable for 12 months when stored at a temperature of 5 °C to 40 °C in unopened containers.
