This IBC tote adapter set is designed for mounting coolant mixers on standard 270 GAL totes / containers. It provides a stable and practical connection between the coolant supply and mixing system, ensuring efficient handling of water-miscible metalworking fluids in industrial environments.
The set includes a robust metal bracket for secure attachment to the IBC frame, along with a suction and connection assembly that allows direct access to the coolant concentrate through the container outlet. This solution is ideal for workshops using large-volume coolant storage and requiring fast, repeatable setup of mixing equipment.
This adapter set is used in combination with coolant mixers to enable direct suction of concentrate from IBC containers. It is suitable for CNC machining centers, metalworking shops, and industrial facilities where coolants are stored and handled in bulk containers.
This product is not a coolant mixer. It is a mounting and connection solution designed to be used together with a compatible coolant mixing device.
The bracket is fixed onto the tote frame, while the adapter connects to the container outlet. The suction hose is inserted into the container, allowing coolant concentrate to be supplied to the mixer. This configuration ensures stable operation and efficient coolant preparation.
Using an Tote adapter eliminates the need for transferring coolant concentrates into smaller containers, reducing handling time and contamination risks. It enables direct, clean, and controlled extraction from bulk storage, improving efficiency and safety in coolant management processes.
